The Machine has got three legs suspension to check the vibration formed due to unbalanced rotating fabric / material. The internal rotating perforated basket is dynamically balanced and made up of stainless steel ( 304 ). The outer drum is also of stainless steel (304). The body structure is made of graded cast iron provided with heavy duty steel springs.

Direct Motor drived, high speed, self balancing, auto DC break, auto timed, auto stop. This machine has got excellent performance like low noise and vibration free due to its unique suspension system. It takes less time due to its high speed rotation having good results.

The special construction with a formed basket and equipped with spindles to take up yarn cones. The special basket shape and movable spindle ensure excellent extraction of cones Without distorting the shape.
